A little about me
I began seeing clients in 2015 as part of my training. I worked voluntarily in a Creative Therapies Project in SE London and later as a counsellor to students in London's largest adult education institution. Alongside my private practice started in 2016, I have also worked with new mothers in a Greenwich charity ( to read about this work just CLICK HERE), as a counsellor in the NHS across North Kent and as a parent counsellor in East London for a large national children's mental health charity. I have been an Honorary Cognitive Analytic Psychotherapist in an NHS Adult Psychotherapy service for the last year.
